NAPPSA is proud to recognize Diana Solana-Sodeinde, Pharm.D. as Member of the Month for September 2017. Dr. Solana-Sodeinde is a current member of NAPPSA Membership and Mentorship Committees.
Dr. Solana-Sodeinde is the Associate Director for Regulatory Affairs and a commissioned pharmacy officer in the Office of Generic Drugs at US Food and Drug Administration. Before joining FDA, Diana worked as a clinical pharmacist at Johns Hopkins Hospital. In addition to her pharmacy degree, she earned a graduate certificate (global health) and a master’s certificate (project management).
Dr. Solana-Sodeinde actively participates in various community and NAPPSA collaborative activities. Diana presented on medication therapy management of diabetes at the 2012 Annual National Conference of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, held in Abeokuta, Nigeria. Her article titled “Education crucial in diabetes prevention, treatment – Dr. Solana-Sodeinde” was, subsequently, published in the April 9, 2013 issue of Pharmanews.
