PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
NAPPSA is proud to recognize Aloysius Ibe, Dr.PH, R.Ph, as Member of the Month for April 2015. Dr. Ibe is a member of NAPPSA Finance Committee.
Dr. Ibe is currently a pharmacy manager at Rite Aid Corporation in Maryland. He has been practicing pharmacist for over 30 years in various health-system settings including Kaiser Permanente as a consultant clinical pharmacist. Aloysius, periodically, serves as a grant reviewer for the US Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Dr. Ibe is actively involved in diabetes education, blood pressure and cholesterol screening, wellness immunization and medication therapy management in underserved local communities. His research interests include pharmaceutical health disparities, health outcomes and drug utilization review. Dr. Ibe has given many scientific presentations at international conferences and authored several peer-reviewed papers.
