What your ad should look like

Your ad fills one full page — about the size of a normal sheet of paper. Here's a simple checklist so it prints beautifully.

  • Size: one full page, 8.5" wide × 11" tall (portrait, like a letter-size sheet).
  • Resolution: 300 DPI (high resolution) so it looks crisp in print.
  • Best format: a print-ready PDF.
  • Also accepted: high-resolution JPG or PNG.
  • Color: CMYK preferred (RGB is okay, colors may shift slightly).
  • Edge-to-edge art? Make it 8.75" × 11.25" (adds a 1/8" bleed).
  • Keep text safe: keep words and logos about 1/2" from the edges.
  • File size: up to 30 MB.

Good to know

Is my payment tax-deductible? It depends on how you support us. Buying ad space here is a purchase of advertising services, so it is generally not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution; your business may be able to treat it as an ordinary advertising expense. Donating directly to the 2026 NAPPSA Local Organizing Committee Fund is a charitable gift instead. Donors who give $100 or more may also request a free ad; because that ad has real value, the IRS treats it as a quid pro quo contribution, so the ad’s $100 value is not deductible, only the portion of the gift above that amount is. Decline the ad, and your full donation remains deductible to the extent permitted by law. NAPPSA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 43-2115497). Please check with your tax advisor for guidance specific to your situation.
Ad review: NAPPSA reserves the right to review all submissions and to decline any ad that is not consistent with the mission and standards of the conference program. If there's an issue, we'll contact you.

Payment is handled securely on our NAPPSA event page (the gold button). This page is where you upload your ad after paying.

What if I don't have a designed ad yet?

Send us your best version and we'll review it. If you need simple help, email nappsa@nappsa.org and we'll point you in the right direction.

Can I pay first and upload later?

Yes. Pay whenever you're ready, then come back to this page to upload your ad any time before September 5, 2026.

Will you confirm you received my ad?

Yes — you'll see a confirmation right after you submit, and we'll email you as well.
