Use Current for reviewed public resources, Needs Review for pages awaiting owner confirmation, Archive for historical material preserved for context, and Member-Only for protected assets. Recommended next action: choose the category that matches your task, open the most relevant hub, then use the linked standards page to report outdated or irrelevant material.

Editorial status and review standards

NAPPSA resources are being organized with a simple governance layer so visitors know which pages are current, which need review, and which should be archived or redirected. The editorial standards page also documents owner roles, review cadence, and the maintenance workflow for keeping these resources current.

Current

Reviewed, useful, and appropriate for public use. These pages stay visible and continue on a monthly, quarterly, or annual review cadence.

Needs Review

Useful content exists, but links, feeds, facts, event language, or source quality need checking before heavier promotion.

Archive or Redirect

Historical, duplicate, draft/test, or obsolete pages should be preserved when useful, linked forward, redirected, or retired after review.

Read Archive Rules
Governance standard: do not delete useful legacy material first. Preserve what matters, consolidate related resources, redirect visitors to the best current page, then retire only after a safety review.
