Tax-Exempt Status
The Nigerian Association of Pharmacists and Pharmaceutical Scientists in the Americas, Inc. (NAPPSA) is a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Governance
NAPPSA is governed by a Board of Trustees and Executive Officers (see our Leadership page). The organization maintains governance policies consistent with IRS Form 990 best practices, including a conflict-of-interest policy, a whistleblower policy, and a document-retention policy, and it operates under its adopted bylaws. Members may request further governance information by contacting the NAPPSA office.
Charitable Solicitation
NAPPSA solicits charitable contributions in accordance with applicable federal and state law. NAPPSA is organized in the State of Ohio. Residents of certain states may request financial and registration disclosure information as required by their state; such requests may be directed to nappsa@nappsa.org.
